A dormer conversion extends the roof structure outward to create a box-shaped addition with vertical walls and full headroom. This is one of the most practical loft conversion options and works well for bedrooms with full ceiling height and en-suite bathrooms. We manage the full structural build and all trades through to completion.
Hip To Gable Conversions
Where a property has a hipped roof, converting the sloped end to a vertical gable wall significantly increases the usable floor area of the loft. This type of conversion is particularly effective on detached and semi-detached homes and is often combined with a rear dormer to maximise the available space.
Velux & Rooflights
Where the existing roof structure provides sufficient headroom, a Velux or rooflight conversion is the most straightforward and cost-effective option. We reinforce the floor, insulate the roof, install rooflights, and complete the internal fit-out including electrics, plastering, and staircase installation.
