How We Manage A New Build From Start To Finish
Site Prep & Groundworks
Every new build starts below ground. We handle site clearance, excavation, drainage, and foundation formation to the correct specification for the soil conditions and structural loads of the building. Getting this stage right is critical, as poor groundworks create problems in every stage that follows.
Structural Frame & Roofing
Once the foundations are in, we build up the structural frame, install lintels and load-bearing elements, and take the building watertight with the roof. This stage is managed to building regulations and structural engineering specifications, with inspections coordinated at the required sign-off points.
First Fix Through To Final Handover
With the structure watertight, we bring in first fix trades for electrics, plumbing, and carpentry, followed by plastering, tiling, joinery, and all finishing works. The project is handed over only when everything has been checked and completed to the required standard, with all sign-offs in place.
